Map

February 2013. Geophysical Survey.
A detailed magnetometer survey was carried out over three fields prior to proposed residential development. Magnetic anomalies within the survey area were limited to responses indicative of natural geological variation and modern activity including ploughing and burning of rubbish. Three indistinct linear anomalies running parallel to the long axis of the northernmost field may have been caused by early ridge and furrow rather than modern ploughing but this is believed to be unlikely. No anomalies of archaeological origin were identified.
See report (S1) for further information.
