Summary

Metal-detecting in 2015 and 2016 by Elden Tours recovered Roman and Middle Saxon coins as well as Roman, Early Saxon and medieval to post-medieval metal objects. The metal finds include Roman brooches, a mount and a skirted terret; an Early Saxon buckle and mount; a medieval pin; a medieval/post-medieval copper alloy stud and post-medieval crotal bells, a buckle, harness mount, rotary key and a lead unidentified object.
