Full Description
Range of traditional agricultural and ancillary buildings to the north of Belmont Grange, formerly The Shrubbery, an early 19th century gothic-style house (NHER 48546). A heritage statement was produced in respect of the outbuildings in 2013, ahead of their planned change of use. The buildings included stables and associated accommodation, granary with cart lodges beneath, cattle stalls. A potting shed and glasshouse range were associated with the walled garden (see also listed garden wall NHER 60770). A former pigsty was also recorded detached from the main area of buildings to the north east of the house.
See Heritage Statement (S1) for further details.
A. Yardy (HES), 17 June 2015.
