A large quarry pit. Roughly oval in plan, with a possible hollow way/access trackway on the northeast. It measures roughly 75m by 50m and is up to 2.5m deep. It has medium to steep sides and an undulating base. The possible hollow way is up to 10m wide and up to 0.8m deep.
Shown on (S1). A circular wood on (S2) close to its location suggests the quarry may have been in existence in the mid 19th century.
