Map

February 2014. Rapid Identification Survey. HA 93.
A linear hollow, measuring about 175m long, up to 8m and up to 0.5m deep. It has a broad, shallow profile, with gently sloping sides and a concave base.
The hollow could be remains of an infilled ditch or a hollow way. In either case, it could be a feature associated with Lynford Park (NHER 30470) or a pre parkland feature. If it is a hollow way, it could be on the line of a path leading to the mid 19th century Lynford Hall (NHER 5150).
