Full Description
September 2016. 'Brecks from Above' and Breckland National Mapping Programme.
The site of cropmarks of probable non-archaeological origin which are visible on aerial photographs (S1). The features consisted of parallel linear ditch-like formations, having the appearance of a wide trackway, but most likely are of agricultural origin and were therefore not mapped. Their presence has been recorded however due to a possible relationship with the medieval site to the east (NHER 5632).
S. Horlock (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 2 September 2016.
