Full Description
September 2016. 'Brecks from Above' and Breckland National Mapping Programme.
The site of a former Second World War building may be visible on aerial photographs (S1).
A rectangular area of hardstanding visible on aerial photographs in 1946 is likely to represent the remains of a former Second World War building. This may represent an outlier to the military site at Weeting Hall (NHER 61476), although it may relate to training activity to the north.
S. Horlock (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 2 September 2016.
