Full Description
June 2013. Trial Trenching.
Evaluation of proposed route of new sludge transfer pipeline.
The two trenches excavated in this field revealed no archaeologically significant features or deposits.
In both trenches removal of the soil layers exposed a pale blue silt with orange flecks that was regarded as a natural deposit.
