March 1971. Listed Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. c1820. Flint over clunch; red brick facade. Slate roof. 2 storeys in 3 bays, the bays defined by brick pilasters. Central 6-panelled door under a moulded hood with a sash right and left without glazing bars, but under gauged skewback arches. Platband at first floor."
