Summary

An area of uneven ground, including several possible sub-rectangular low mounds or platforms, is visible as earthworks on the 0.5m resolution Lidar data. Only the two better defined mounds have been mapped. These may be of relatively recent date and relate to spoil from extraction or clearance associated with forest management, although they could feasibly relate to earlier activity.
