Full Description
February 2017. 'Brecks from Above' and Breckland National Mapping Programme.
A Second World War pillbox and/or gun emplacement is visible at this location on the historic aerial photographs (S1). The structure is surrounded by trenches. This structure is likely to have been removed post-war, although it is possible that some structural or earthwork elements survive within the plantation belt.
S. Horlock (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 24 February 2017.
