Full Description
July 2017. 'Brecks from Above' and Breckland National Mapping Programme.
A probable Second World War road block is visible as a series of white lines across a road on 1940s aerial photographs, including (S1) and (S2). It would have controlled access across a narrow (foot?)bridge across the Little Ouse. It is not known whether any remnants still survive above or below ground.
S. Tremlett (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 17 July 2017.
