1979. Building Survey.
Examined as part of Norwich Survey.
Two-storied, two room deep block with attics and a small cellar under the south-east room. Originally consisted of a block along the street frontage with a carriage entrance at the west end and a service block to the rear. A possible interpretation of the early 18th-century nucleus (of which little more than the shell remains) is that it had an extended type-T plan, with two rooms of equal size to either side of a central passage. The building was extensively modified around 1830, when it was subdivided into two dwellings.
See record forms (S2) for further details and a number of photograph, including several of the rear elevation.
