Summary

This building is a former brewhouse that was substantially rebuilt in late 17th century and now a pair of houses. The building has a double-pile plan and is built of red brick with a pantile roof. The rear range incorporates the remains of the medieval brewhouse.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Former brewhouse, now pair of houses. J.A.R. 1682 on plaque. Red brick and pantile roof. Double-pile plan, the rear incorporating the medieval brewhouse two storeys. Eight bays with single bay left-hand extension and single bay right-hand extension of rear range."
