1954. Listed Grade II.
House, now office. 18th century or earlier. Rendered throughout. Pantile roof. Two storeys and attic. Two first-floor windows and first-floor jetty. Door to left has six raised and fielded panels, an overlight with rectilinear glazing bows, panelled reveals and a simple moulded doorcase. Recessed ground-floor window has glazing bars with four cast-iron opening lights (one broken at the time of resurvey). First-floor sash windows have glazing bars. Simple box cornice. Gabled dormer with plain bargeboards has a sash with glazing bars.
