April 1986. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"House, now shop. 18th century. Rendered façade. Pantiled roof. Three storeys. Two first floor sash windows. Three light casement to second floor. Passage to left hand end. Early 20th-century shop front (altered). Included for group value."
