Listing Description Excerpt:
"Former house now office. Late 18th century. Painted brick and pantile roof. Three storeys. Three bays. Left-hand off-centre door with rectangular fanlight, pilastered surround and small hood on brackets. Sash windows throughout with glazing bars and segmental arches. Fascia cornice."
