Summary

This three-storey red brick former house dates to the 18th century and was partly demolished during the redevelopment of Quayside. The surviving two right hand bays have a pantile roof, a door with semi-circular fanlight and a yard entry to the right.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Former house now office. 18th-century with 20th-century refacing to left-side. Red brick and pantile roof. Three storeys. Six bays. Central door with sunk-paned pilasters and hood. Door to right-side with semi-circular fanlight. Yard entry at extreme right. Sash windows:- 20th-century in the left-hand four bays with flat arches."

Four of this building's six bays were demolished during the redevelopment of Quayside. The right hand two bays and the yard entry were retained and renovated.
