Summary

This three-storey red brick former house dates to the late 18th century. It has a hipped pantile roof, sash windows and a door flanked by half-columns supporting an open pediment. There is a three-storey canted bay to the left and a two-storey 20th-century extension to the right. This building is listed Grade II.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"House, now office. Late 18th century with additions. Red brick with rendered plinth. Hipped pantile roof. Scattered chimneys. Three storeys. Three first-floor windows, symmetrical. Six-panelled door and fanlight with cinque-foiled glazing bars in panelled reveals is flanked by two half-columns with triglyphs supporting an open pediment."
