Found "west of road, south of track":
Part of medieval stone mortar. See drawing (S1).
Given to "Dereham Museum" (presumably a reference to Bishop Bonner's Cottage Museum in Dereham).
Information from annotations on drawing, no other sources located.

This record has been mapped at the grid reference noted on (S1) (TF 984 173), although it should be noted that this doesn't appear to be exactly consistent with the description of this object's provenance.
