May 2015. Watching Brief.
Monitoring of groundworks associated with construction of new residential dwelling.
The relatively shallow footing trenches that were excavated exposed only modern made-ground deposits. As a result only modern features were recorded, including iron rails, a concrete pillar and a ceramic pipe.
No finds were recovered.
