Summary

Fieldwalking and metal-detecting in this field between 1995 and 2000 recovered Neolithic/Bronze Age and undatable prehistoric worked flints; Roman, medieval and post-medieval pottery sherds; a medieval/post-medieval roof tile and a number of metal objects. The metal finds include a Roman copper alloy figurine of Apollo and brooch and a post-medieval finger ring and lead figurines.
