Late 1960's - Early 1970's. Casual Find.
In 2018, the recovery of a large Roman coin was reported to the Historic Environment Service [1].
The coin was found by a workman at the farm "about 50 years ago" whilst digging a silage pit. It was described as a large Roman coin, but no further details are known.
