Summary

Metal-detecting in 2001 recovered a lead seal from Papal bulla. This is though to be the first bull of John XXI found in Norfolk.

Found in finder's Field 34 (at [1]):
Medieval lead seal from Papal bulla of John XXI (1276-1277). Seals of John XXI are rare (as he was only pope for a year) and this is thought to be first example found in Norfolk.
