Full Description
November 2018. 'Brecks from Above' and Breckland National Mapping Programme.
One, possibly two, low mounds are visible as earthworks on imagery from a 2015 lidar survey (S1). They could be one or more Bronze Age round barrows, part of what appears to be a large, dispersed cemetery (NHER 62464). The earthworks, however, are very low and poorly defined, so their interpretation is uncertain; they could instead be of natural origin. They are likely to still survive as earthworks. The area of the earthworks has been mapped only by extent.
S. Tremlett (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 29 November 2018.
