Summary

This former farmhouse was built in the mid to late 17th century, heightened in around 1700 and altered and extended on a number of subsequent occasions. It is built of clunch, brick, and flint and has a roof of red and glazed black pantiles.

Town Farm House (formerly listed as Farmhouse 50 yards east of Ship Inn).
"Former farmhouse. Mid to late 17th century with many later details. Two storey with attics. North front clunch with brick dressings, black glazed pantiled roof, south flint with brick dressings, renewed red pantiled roof. Two storeys with attics."
