Full Description
November 2018. Breckland National Mapping Programme.
A possible building or hut is seen as a structure in the 1940s aerial photographs (S1). The structure is no longer visible on recent imagery and has most likely been demolished. The possible structure is situated under the tree canopy and may extend further than mapped. This feature may relate to the possible spigot mortar (NHER 62604) in close proximity to the southwest, the Second World War activity at Didlington hall (NHER 63067) or the Didlington Park landscape (NHER 40234).
J.Powell (Norfolk Historic Environment Service), 13 November 2018.
