Full Description
November 2018. Breckland National Mapping Programme.
A mound of unknown date is visible as an earthwork in 1940s aerial photographs (S1-S2). The mound is visible as an earthwork in the 1940s and seems to be levelled by the 1970s (S3). The mound has a possible hollow in the centre and may relate to the Second World War activity at Didlington Park (NHER 63067), the Didlington Park landscape (NHER 40234) or forestry.
