Summary

Multiple ditches of unknown date are seen as cropmarks on aerial photographs. There are three ditches running through the centre of the area which are aligned approximately north-south and have been tentatively interpreted as a possible multiple-ditched Iron Age boundary. However this interpretation is uncertain and this triple ditched feature may relate to a possible trackway or possibly rabbit warring features. Further to this there is a possible trackway and further single ditches which may relate to a possible medieval manor to the east (NHER 4831), former boundaries, modern agriculture or drainage.
