Summary

A possible ring ditch of an unknown date is seen as a cropmark on aerial photographs. The feature may be Bronze Age in date and may have related to a former barrow. The feature is surrounded by a large amount of geological cropmarks and it is possible this feature may be natural rather than archaeological in origin. The possible ring ditch is in close relation to further possible archaeological or geological cropmarks to the north east (NHER 4988).
