Map

(S1) describes this as a large grey brick Victorian house with red brick banding. The ground floor brickwork has been painted cream and the whole of the rear brickwork has been painted cream. Set back down a drive on land behind the old Rectory plot backing onto the bottom of Graham and Russell Streets and aligned east to face the drive rather than the road. It is labelled 'Sunnyside' on (S2) and retained that name at least until 1937 (S3). In 1951 (S4) it is called 'Brandon Stuart Nursing Home', presumably the source of the later name. It is currently (2019) in use as a hotel.
