Map

(S1) describes this as a red brick detached house under hipped slate roof with half-hipped twin gables
facing road, over single storey canted bays. Subsidiary windows one over one paired sashes with thick
muntin between in single opening with grey brick voussoirs. On ground floor these have also a strainer arch in the brickwork above, Central doorway with window over. The construction date of this building is not known but it is marked on (S2), surveyed in 1884.
This building is currently (2019) used as a doctors' surgery.
