Map

(S1) describes these as terrace of two houses. Grey brick, three storeys, original windows where surviving are 2/2 pane sashes (bisected). Stone sills and lintels. Ground floor bays canted, largely timber with scroll brackets on angles. White timber squared doorcase with scroll brackets supporting a wide but shally architrave. A nice detail is the band of red brick below the eaves.
These houses are visible on (S2) and form part of the late 19th century Goodwin's Field suburban development.
