Full Description
(S1) describes this as a pair of mid-19th century villas of grey brick with set back side wings. They are similar in style to a pair of villas which stand on the corner of Tennyson Avenue and Exton's Road (NHER 62848). These villas are visible on a map of 1881 (S2).
