Map

(S1) describes this house as being of dark red bricks in Flemish bond. Colour as in commissioners bricks. Doorcase has scroll brackets with acanthus. Splayed gauged brick window heads. Hipped slate roof; oversailing eaves. Two low stacks surviving on west side wall only.
On 1881 New Borough Boundary map (S2) but could be mid-19th century. Not on 1838 Gaywood tithe map (S3).
