Summary

This pair of semi-detached cottages appears on the Ordnance Survey first edition map of 1886. On the façade of No. 110 are two relief plaques, one possibly depicting Charles I and the other a sheaf of corn and tools.

(S1) describes this pair of semi-detached cottages as Victorian, and notes two relief plaques on the façade of No. 110, one possibly depicting Charles I and the other a sheaf of corn and tools. These houses are visible on (S2) but not on (S3). (S1) suggests these may have been agricultural workers' cottages and that there is a link via the plaques with the terrace to the north (NHER 47054)
