Summary

These three houses adjoin the Grade II-listed houses Nos. 114 and 116 St Peter's Road (NHER 47054) and No. 112 St Peter's Road forming a terrace known as Frederic Place. This terrace is visible on the first edition Ordnance Survey map of 1886.

These three houses adjoin the Grade II-listed houses Nos. 114 and 116 St Peter's Road (NHER 47054) and No. 112 St Peter's Road forming a terrace known as Frederic Place. This terrace is visible on the first edition Ordnance Survey map of 1886 (S1) but does not appear on the Tithe Map (S2). According to (S3) these are likely to be fishermen's or agricultural workers' cottages.
