Map

(S1) describes these as three units: single storey red brick English bond, with canted bay windows (all with upvc frames). Each unit has a bay and a porch with a round arch. ?Concrete lintels and sills and thresholds; tiled floor to porches. All front doors original. Runners for flood boards. Hipped roof over bays with finial. Red peg tile roof. Iron gates and railings on low brick wall topped with rounded blue bricks. A inscribed brass plaque reads "Marion" Seamen and Fishermen’s Homes founded & endowed by James Bowker, Esq., J.P., Twice Mayor of this Borough. L F Eagleton Architect, W H Hill Builder, Erected 1928.
