Summary

This substantial red brick house appears on the Ordnance Survey first edition map of 1886. It was associated with a market garden and large tract of land, now crossed by Rosebery Avenue, which became known as the Denmark Housing Estate when developed piecemeal in the early 1900s.

This substantial red brick house appears on the Ordnance Survey first edition map of 1886 (S1). According to (S2) it was associated with a market garden and large tract of land, now crossed by Rosebery Avenue, which became known as the Denmark Housing Estate when developed piecemeal in the early 1900s.
