Map

July 2019. Breckland National Mapping Programme.
A small pit of unknown date is visible as an earthwork on imagery from a lidar survey (S1). It could feasibly relate to 20th century military activity; practice trenches of probable pre-Second World War date have been recorded in the vicinity (for example NHER 63338, 150m to the northeast). As the lidar survey was flown relatively recently (2015), it is probable that the earthwork still survives.
