Full Description
Previously recorded under NHER 40103.
January 2004. Building survey.
No. 13 is of two storeys in two bays. It is of brown brick laid in English bond. To the left is a former carriage arch, rounded with a keystone, leading to Leach's Yard. To the right is a shop front. The rear wall of this building has studs and a wallplate which (S1) suggests might be as early as the 16th or early 17th century. Timber framing also occurs in the rear of the former carriage arch. The brick façade dates to the early 19th century.
E. Rose (NLA), 20 January 2004, amended A. Cattermole (King's Lynn UAD), 19 November 2018.
