1972. Listed Grade II.
House. Late 18th century. Red brick. Slate roof to west (entrance) side, pantiles to rear. Two storeys. Doorway in gable-end to street: panelled door and overlight with glazing bars. Plain timber surround. One 20th century fixed window above. Facade with three window bays, fitted with sashes with glazing bars and gauged skewback arches, the upper left window blocked. Gabled roof. Rebuilt stack on eaves line of east (rear) roof slope.
