March 1971. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Maltmaster's House. Mid 19th century, now offices. Gault brick. Roof of diamond composite slates. Two storeys and attic in seven bays, the centre five bays broken forward under a wide pediment. Central door with two tall fielded panels."
