Previously recorded under NHER 5482.
December 1951. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"House. Mid-16th-century origin, but much altered since. Restored and altered in 1967. Colourwashed brick and flint with plain tile roof. Two storeys. Door to left in timber case. One sash each floor with glazing bars. Gabled roof. One gabled dormer. Ridge stack shared with No.30. Two-storey 19th century brick outshut to rear.
Interior: Winder staircase by stack."
