Summary

A possible fragmentary curvilinear bank of unknown date may be visible as a low and very indistinct earthwork on visualised lidar data. It is located in an area that was once part of (or adjoined to) Cranwich Heath and within the bounds of Methwold rabbit warren (NHER 55577). It may have been contemporary with other boundaries mapped in the vicinity such as NHER 63279 50m to the northeast. As the lidar survey was flown relatively recently (2015), it is probable that the earthworks still survive.

The earthworks are so low and indistinct, however, that they may be difficult to identify on the ground.
