Monitoring of works undertaken as part of the Broadland Flood Alleviation Project.
At this location the monitored groundworks comprised the widening of a soke dyke running parallel to the nearby river Waveney. No remains of note were exposed by the initial topsoil stripping and no archaeologically significant features or deposits were visible in the sides of the widened dyke following the completion of this work.
