Full Description
2014 or 2015. Casual Observation.
Two pots, each approximately 12 to 18 inches in diameter, were discovered whilst digging foundations for a garage. During the work, the tops were scraped off by the digger. They were not reported or examined by an archaeologist at the time but were covered with geotextile and the concrete poured over top, preserving any remains in situ.
H. Hamilton (HES), 1 September 2020.
