Summary

This barn is of 17th- or 18th-century date and therefore at least broadly contemporary with Shotford Hall to the south (NHER 64508). It has stuccoed timber-framing weatherboarded at base, a steep pitched pantile roof with gabled ends and two large double doors.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Barn approximately 100 yards north of Shotford Hall. 17th/18th century. Stuccoed timber-framing. Weatherboarded at base. Steep pitched pantile roof with gabled ends. Two large double doors. Modern low farm building attached to west end."
