A watching brief maintained during groundworks at this site in 2015/2016 recorded no archaeologically-significant features or deposits. No finds were recovered.

November 2015-March 2016. Watching Brief.
Monitoring of groundworks associated with construction of four new residential dwellings and associated garages.
The various foundation trenches excavated revealed no archaeologically-significant features or deposits.
Although another dwelling had previously occupied the site, an apparently undisturbed subsoil layer was recorded in all of the trenches.
No finds were recovered.
