Summary

A possible ring ditch, perhaps marking the site of a Bronze Age round barrow, is visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs. The archaeological significance of the mark is not entirely certain; it could instead be a reflection of the underlying geology. The site is surrounded by the cropmarks of a possible Roman (or late Iron Age to Roman) field system (NHER 64939).
